Field Map Layer fail loading error 3047

Hi,

In the field map (mobile device) some of the layers fail to load and giving error 3047. Is somebody experiencing same issue and resolve it?

I have a feature class that has relate table and also use that parent layer to create a duplicate layer only for symbolizing purposes. That duplicate layer is failing to load.

It sounds like your workflow is resulting in a duplicate field in the mobile geodatabase.

The error message indicates there is a duplicate field and it is not allowed.

Are you doing a join? Or adding the same layer twice to the map?

Yes, I have same layer twice. So, ESRI didn't resolve that issue yet, right?

Is it when you are taking it offline?

With a known error code it's likely tied to a platform limitation. Databases can't have the same field name in one table.

Esri support will be your best bet for tracking known issue limitations through defects (bugs and enhancement requests). The community doesn't have a means to track issues outside of users sharing what they know.

That said, given the nature of this issue, I'd imagine it's a limitation and you should find a workaround.
