Arcade Expression to Handle Coincident Point Location Attributes

I've been able to use an Arcade expression that when a new FieldMaps feature is created, updates several form fields based on a spatial relationship. That relationship being the closest feature within 100 feet, sorted by distance, then using the Arcade First() function to return the closest feature's attributes. That's great and all, but I have point features where there are multiple point features in the same location (i.e. same X/Y). How do I then continue using the same logic as before? I'm not sure what else I can do as I have not found anything that allows for on-the-fly selecting of which features to harvest the data from in Arcade/FieldMaps.
