One way is to have the 'revisits' stored in a related table instead of adding a whole new set of fields for each revisit. Enable attachments on the related table and you can have a record for each revisit including photo(s).

R_

Hello, does anyone have a good solution for associating dates with attachments in FieldMaps when the features are revisited over multiple seasons and years? I have the date field autofilling, and add new fields for each monitoring season to record feature conditions, but when we add photos there is no way to tell if it was added in a previous season/year, or the most recent.

That's a a good idea, thanks @RichlandGIS . However we are already into the 3rd year & I'm not sure I want to change the structure for the sets of fields, but good to think about for future applications.
