How to update data in a form after editing a list (domains)

I am creating a form to use in the field using Field Maps. Making edits to the input form requires new domains for one field. I added to the "List of Values (Domain)" but how do I follow up the following note/prompt? "Note: Editing the list here does not update your data. You will need to edit your data to match the list specified here." Where do I update the form so that the new domains show up?

The form can be edited in the map:

That note, though, is referring to the attribute table, but you'd just edit that anywhere you interact with the data.
