Layers not loading from Collaboration

Hi Team,
We have set up a Collaboration between our Enterprise Portal (10.7.1) and AGOL. I have shared both referenced and hosted feature layers to the Collaboration for the purpose of editing data in Field Maps via AGOL. The layers share from Portal to AGOL and I can edit the data in a web map in AGOL however the data/layers are not loading in Filed Maps.

I get error code 499

Any one got any advice?

Hi @RebekahPolette ,

I had a similar problem last week. I reshared the layer and it fixed our problem. Not sure exactly what it fixed but it worked for us. I'm assuming some sort of cache or missing details in the collaboration was occurring.
