I'll be using Field Maps App as a Condition Assessment of existing street light service panels.

Question this is even possible, when creating a new Assessment point "populate a field by an Arcade Expression by coping value from another feature class"?

Is the Conditional Visibility Add Expression only for "Form Visibility formatting only"?

Pseudo code: if field is null, for loop buffer current ($feature) until polygon intersects other feature class point, when found copy field to ($feature.VALUECOPIED)

Currently, I'm selecting the existing service panel, view, copy value, create new point, paste value
