Using Field Maps with Android Mock Location App

Our user is working with Stonex S580 GPS. In order to get a corrected location he has to use an Android app called Cube Connector that receives the GPS locations via BT and corrects them.

In order to connect to the connected NMEA stream the user has to open Android's developer tools and set up a Mock Location App. He has to connect to this app in order to get a corrected location.

He can't create a new provider that connects to the Mock Location App. Is there a way to set up this connection?
