    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Jacqui,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have experienced this before, but it's always been because of a specific layer causing trouble. I would first check the error logs from that device. You can find them in Setting&amp;gt; Troubleshooting&amp;gt;View Logs. Hopefully you'll find your answer there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Travis&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Field Maps losing data</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Has anyone lost data while collecting in the field?&amp;nbsp; We were not working on an offline map, and about 10 points or so completely disappeared off our map and were not recovered.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
