Smart form not the same on mobile device as desktop app

HI I have created a number of web maps for data collection with ESRI Field Maps and configured the smart forms in the desktop app. I have some questions formatted as 'Radio buttons' input type and others as 'Combo boxes'. However when I download to a mobile device some questions appear as combo boxes even though they are formatted as Radio buttons. Any ideas. It isn't a huge issue just frustrating really.

Hi @PaulPetersen1 I wasn't able to work out what was going on. I needed to get the project finished so just accepted it I am afraid.

@PeterMcDonnell , bummer. I had some luck yesterday by blowing away the existing feature template on the hosted layer and regenerating a new template. That seemed to fix the issue with the radio buttons not being displayed, and also fixed a related issue with sliders not working even though I had defaults set.
