TELECOM DATA OPEN SOURCE

Our claims department deals with a lot of cut cables and we were wondering if there is any open source data out there for telecom providers so we could put them on a map so our claims personnel could find the closest providers in the area to know who to contact, we are in the Kansas City Metro area!

We use ArcMap, ArcPro, Survey123, Field Maps, we use all the products so any of these.
