Cannot select Survey123 feature within Field Maps or Collector

I have published a Survey form from Connect then brought the Survey feature service into an existing webmap. When I access that map in Field Maps or Collector I am unable to select the survey features to show the popup. Editing and the popup are both enabled. The same thing happens when I try to use the default webmap that is created when publishing the survey. I am using the latest version of both Survey123 and Field Maps.

I have also tried publishing a new survey with just a single question and the same thing is happening.

Hi Austin - I had the same problem just now. Turns out you just have to select enable pop-up on the map itself (rather than at the Field Maps App). That will solve the problem entirely.
