Returning UTM coordinates (zone 11) in displayed in popup & as auto-populated attributes in new field-collected, content

I am trying to meet a request for field staff to collect information in field maps, and have UTM coordinates supplied on-the-fly as pop-up attributes and ideally populate the attributes of points collected in the field. Is there a way to do this? Does it require publishing the data in UTM zone 11 projection? I am open to using map viewer classic or trying map viewer. In the past, I had made a web map in classic map viewer to share with field workers in a remote environment with offline maps.
