With the web app everything works. But with the mobile app on ios or android the the login doesn't work. After entering user/password in the login window I can only see a spinning wheel.&nbsp;Does anyone have an idea what the issue could be?</P><P>The problem exists with arcgis enterprise 10.9 and 10.9.1.
