Android 11 accessing failed sync and side loading tpk files

I am after some advice on the best way to work with FieldMaps on Android 11 devices.

We often have issues syncing and end up copying files off devices via our mobile device management software or USB cable (How To: Access offline edits from Collector for ArcGIS directly from an Android or iOS device (esri.com)).

I don't think this is possible with Android 11 as I cannot access the 'android/data/com.esri.fieldmaps' folder on the device, via a USB or the MDM software.

We have the same issue side loading tpk files for offline base mapping.

Is there a work around for these scenarios?
