Floor Picker Tab Stuck in Portal

I've just ported over our Field Maps app map from AGOL to our new Enterprise Portal. Everything is working except the little black tab that pops up with the floor picker. I have the popup configured the same way as the Levels layer in AGOL, but no matter what I do or what floor I choose, the tab says "first floor" and doesn't change.

We recently updated indoor topic at field maps help doc dramatically https://doc.arcgis.com/en/field-maps/android/help/indoors.htm. It might be related to some part of data is not appropriate.

If you have a test account at Enterprise Portal available (assuming public accessible), you can email me (miaogeng_zhang@esri.com) the account, I can take a look.

Turns out I transferred the wrong facilities dataset that was missing the NAME field!
