Popups/Search Result: missing distance-Information, missing buttons

Dear all,

I have a problem in the ArcGIS Field Maps app.

Usually, in the search results or when clicking on an object, a) a distance of the object to the current location and b) these 3 buttons appear at the bottom of a popup of an object: Directions, Compass, Add to my places.

Unfortunately, this does not work for a web map with a special map image service from us (see image Attachments_Search Results, layer "Haltung" or "Abwasserknoten")! And unfortunately I don't understand why...

It does work with other Services....

Any Idea???

I'll answer my own question - the "shape" Field of some layers was invisible. Setting it visible solved the problem!

Maybe this can happen if the "shape" field in attribute table is not set for visibility by checkbox. Hope this helps, KR Sandra
