Launching the Field Maps app from another Android app

Hi,

Did I understand correctly from this documentation that it is possible to launch the Field Maps application from a link from another Android application, or from a browser window with a link? In Field Maps, we start video recording of Sewer Network Maintenance by clicking on the sewer pipe item that opens the Zoom Camcorder Shooting app. We want to add a link to the video capture application that, when clicked, allows the end user to return to using Field Maps.

Best doc I have seen is for 123 but way at the bottom it tells you about field maps and it all works basically the same.

Hi @JuhaHaanpera ,

You are looking in the correct place in the documentation. You can add a link to another app/page that calls out to open Field Maps and can pass additional parameters optionally (listed in the doc). If all you need to do is open Field Maps back up after completing your workflow in another app, then https://fieldmaps.arcgis.app? should suffice.
