Fieldmaps and Collector crashing with no reason when offline, Samsung tablets

Hi:

We have been using Collector for about 5 years, it always worked fine. Then, last year it started crashing, in the middle of the trip it just closes and we loose the track. Then we started using Fieldmaps but the same thing happened. The feature LINE layer has been the same since then, for both apps. Our layers have from 10 to 2006 features.

I have used Samsung tablets, with Adroid 8, 9, and 10. Same issue for all of them.

How can I fix it? I have 4 diferent webmaps where I work with this app and it's crashing in all of them.

It sounds like the app may not be responding or is crashing. What workflow are you performing when this occurs?

Am I gather that you are collecting line features using streaming?
