Field Map Configuration, Map Viewer to Mobile Different

I'm experiencing an issue where I have configured a form for field staff data collection in the Field Map application and saved the edits. When I view the web map in the Map Viewer, everything appears exactly as I set it up. However, when I reload the map on my mobile device to test the changes there, the updates don't show correctly. I'm fairly new to this, so any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Try closing (or force close) FieldMaps and re-opening it. I've also seen latency in updates. If you're using offline areas then you will need to recreate those on the mobile device to see the changes.

Have tried this, but still experiencing the same issue. The updates reflect in Map Viewer, but don't push to mobile devices. I've tried logging in on multiple devices and the same issue persists.

Have you tried logging out of field maps and then back in on that same device?

Yes. Issue still persists.

@MichaelGliem have you saved the Map in Map Viewer after it was configured in Field Maps Web? This can overwrite the popup created in FM Web.
