Utility Network Connectivity and Containment associations not showing in Field Maps

I updated my Field Maps to the latest version

According to that link, now it is possible to view the Connectivity, Containment associations in field maps, however after I tested the new functionality, it shows me the "No associations" text in the field maps popup.

In the Web Map I can see without any problem the connectivity and containment associations. Do you know if I have to do an extra configuration in field maps apart of configuring the pop up to include the associations in the web map?

What is the version of ArcGIS Enterprise in use?

Are you able to send a screenshot from the Offline: Advanced Options through the map item settings page and the Offline settings in Field Maps Designer?

Under advanced offline settings, in utility network, have you tried to select “Edit features and view associations”?

Hi Glen,

I changed the settings, reloaded the map in Field Maps and no associations were shown. See attached images.

I also tried with other map using a telecom UN Service (UN v7) in this case and I got the same no associations popup.

Hi @MarceloAguilera,

Do you have the Utility Network present in your Web Map or just the Feature Layers that are present in the Utility Network?

In the Advanced Offline settings can you attempt with "Edit Features and View Associations" instead of the option you selected.

Hi Glen,

Yes I have the Utility Network in the map, that is a UN version 5. I actually can run traces in field maps using the same map.

I just tried with another Utility Network feature service but this Utility Network is version 7, and it worked as you can see in the attachments the associations are now visible.

Is the Utility Network version something to consider to view or not view the associations in field maps? or probably is only a configuration problem with my map that has a Utility Network Version 5 in it?

I think you should reach out to Esri Support and open a support case to further troubleshoot the issue, because Field Maps supports utility networks 3-7 according to the documentation https://doc.arcgis.com/en/field-maps/ios/use-maps/utility-network.htm#:~:text=Field%20Maps%20supports%20utility%20network%20versions%203%2D7
