Hybrid Reference Layer (for Export) for offline use in FieldMaps

I'm trying to create an item of Hybrid Reference Layer (for Export) in my organization's Enterprise Portal with credentials stored so it can added to a web map used in FieldMaps, offline configured. The issue I'm running into is that when I create a new item from the Hybrid Reference Layer (for Export), it just creates a tile layer for World_Basement_Export_v2:

What I want is this:

Anyone know what is going on? I've seen folks dealing with similar issue since 2021, so hope there is a solution out there somewhere. Appreciate any help you can provide!

hello @asiegel_HEC - there is a bug with creating the new vector tile basemaps item and the style isn't properly set when you create the item in enterprise. I have a "tips from the team" that will walk you through a python notebook that apply the fix. This is a workaround until the root issue can be resolved.

Thanks so much for the reply. I'm running through the notebook, but getting stuck on this part:

Error:

TypeError: 'Folder' object is not subscriptable

Do you know what is causing this? All my credentials are entered correctly.
