Field Maps Search Not Using ArcGIS World Geocoding Service

When searching on GIS Online for a road name, the search engine utilizes ArcGIS World Geocoding Service and I am able to search by road name(see picture GIS03).

But with Field Maps using the search it doesn't find the roads(see picture GIS04).

It seems field maps doesn't use ArcGIS World Geocoding Service. I have (under Map, Settings, Enable search) By Address checked.

Did you create a local view of the World Geocoding Service? If you did and that's what you have selected as the locator service, you have to be logged in to your organization to use it. If you aren't logged in and that's the only service you are connected to, that search bar won't see anything.

I did not setup a local view of it. Users are logged in. Not sure how to select locator service for the map. I just want to be able to search for a road and have it zoom into the road. The functionality is on GIS Online web, but not when searching through field maps.

Do you have this box checked in your map viewer settings ?
