Is there a way to select a feature in a layer that then selects features from another layer to multiedit?

I have a polygon layer of reservoirs for farmland and a point layer of valves used to irrigate. Is there a way in Field Maps to setup a workflow where a surveyor could select the reservoir, which would then highlight any associated valves (through a shared attribute or otherwise) for them to multiedit all the valves at the same time?

I've been using Field Maps for a few years now, from what I know and have experienced, multi-feature editing is not available. You have to edit features one by one. It is a hassle I know. Maybe a custom Arcade script, but that's too advanced for me to understand.

Thank you for the response, I kind of suspected it was not possible without some insane arcade which is also above my head 🙂
