When I created the point feature layer, table, and relationship class in Arc Pro, I made it so that the origin and foreign keys were both OBJECTID. There was an issue where OBJECTID didn't appear as an option for the foreign key; however, I entered it manually and the system appeared to accept it. I then shared the map as a web map to AGOL.
