JSON parser unexpected end of data.

Hello!
We have a field worker using an iPhone 13 who is unable to open certain maps thru Field Maps mobile. Some maps open just fine for him while others don't. He removed and re-loaded the app last week so should have the latest version. Any help would be much appreciated.

@ShaunThurstans_TASLAND Sorry you are having issues with ArcGIS Field Maps.

Are you seeing this on multiple devices? Is that same user able to open up those maps in Map Viewer in a browser? Are other users having the same issues with the same maps?

We only see it on one user on their mobile device.

They can see the same webmap through the web viewer and they can use previously downloaded offline areas.
