      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello GIS friends,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to open Field Maps app on an android phone and when I sign in I get this error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;No available apps&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;There are no apps currently configured on this device that your organization allows to open this content. Please ensure you are signed in with your work or school account to your managed apps or contact your organization's support team.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, I'm able to sign in from other devices using the same credentials.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did a few things but I'm still not having luck.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cleared cache on the phone&lt;BR /&gt;uninstalled - reinstalled Field Maps&lt;BR /&gt;Checked for software updates on the phone&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please help.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you,&lt;BR /&gt;Abi&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;One suggestion I can make offhand is make sure you’re not signed into online if you’re trying to reach portal, or if you’re trying to reach online make sure you’re not signed into portal. I have coworkers who will mistakenly sign into online when they intend to sign into portal … and when that happens they get a message similar to the one you’re describing.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.esri.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/362837"&gt;@ColinLawrence&lt;/a&gt;,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your patience and for your interest in helping resolve this issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This has been ongoing for about a month, but I am not entirely sure of the exact details just yet. I will confirm everything and update you once I have more information.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The issue appears to be with a particular user who is unable to sign in to &lt;STRONG&gt;ArcGIS Enterprise&lt;/STRONG&gt;. From what I understand, the error occurs once he enters his credentials and presses &lt;STRONG&gt;Enter&lt;/STRONG&gt;. I will be able to provide a more detailed answer after speaking with him—hopefully tomorrow—if he’s not out in the field.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Please note: In the sentence below it should have been 'he and not I'. My apology for the confusion. I think he said the behavior is the same even with a different account. It basically sounds like it may be a hardware problem. The phone is Samsung Galaxy S23 FE. The default browser he was using was Microsoft Edge.&lt;BR /&gt;Once, I had him change the default browser to Chrome, he was able to get in. Does this tell you why Microsoft Edge was not allowing authentication?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you again,&lt;BR /&gt;Abi&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Field Maps uses the devices default browser to complete the authentication process. It could mean something with Edge is blocked in your Enterprise setup or at least the original error message you shared seems to indicate something along those lines. Do you know if other devices are using Edge and are able to sign in?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried setting Edge as the default Browser on my Android 14 device and I am able to log in to ArcGIS Enterprise successfully. There are still a lot of variables in play still (settings in Edge or Enterprise) so its hard to say what is really happening without being able to reproduce the problem directly.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had a very similar problem trying to help my colleague who could not sign in to Field Maps (portal or AGOL).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;The solution was to install a browser (Chrome) to the work profile on her Samsung Galaxy&lt;/STRONG&gt;. Previously there was no browser in her work profile (but there was in her personal profile).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, if you are unable to sign in to Field Maps I'd suggest ensuring that a web browser is installed in the same profile as Field Maps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Good luck, Stephen&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Having the same here. If Field Maps is used on a personal device and the user is logged into Edge (using their work account), we get the same message. Android version is compliant.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Weirdly, Survey123 works absolutely fine. Is there a difference between Survey123 and Field Maps being supported via SAML on Edge?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Our organisation doesn't support Chrome, so this is an issue&lt;/P&gt;</description>
