Missing Reload Map button

I am the author for the field maps for my users. I can see "Reload Map" option for the field map but my users do not have this option. Is this be design or how can my users have the same "Reload Map" option ? Idea here is for them to refresh or reload the field map to see most updated changes. Please help. Thanks.

Hello @JohnHu,

"Reload Map" should always be available for the current map. It does not show up for other maps that are not in the "Current" section. Also, if the current map has offline areas or is an MMPK the option is not shown.

If your users still do not see "Reload Map" can you post a screenshot and details of the device and map?

Did you get a solution to this? I have a Field maps user that is also experiencing this on his ipad version 24.3.0 build 1133
