I would like to have Radio buttons next to each other, at least 10.

Our field workers need to fill in a score from 0 till 9 for the quality. It would save a lot of time when this is possible with 1 click in the form instead of opening a Combo box and then choose the right number.

I agree with this request. This functionality would be similar to Survey123. I have a number on Yes/No fields. If they Yes or No would show up horizontally rather than vertically, it would save space on the form, reducing the amount a scrolling field staff currently have to do.

Agreed takes up way too much space now for a simple Yes/No. (users did not like switch)
