Improved search function within field drop downs

Within Field Maps it would be great for the search functionality for attribute fields that use drop down lists to be improved to make it more user friendly. Suggestions are:

Search results are returned with best matches first (e.g. if searching 'red' 'red grouse' would be at the top of the list not 'American redstart').

When you start a search you are auto returned to the top of the list (currently the list stays open partway down).

Where words use hyphenated words e.g 'red jungle-fowl' theses to be returned even if the hyphen is not used e.g. 'jungle fowl'.

I have found search functionality to be lackluster in most of Esri's offerings. I think this idea also applies to other applications in the ArcGIS stack.
