idea Remove Values from List or Domain After Collection (Audit Workflow) in ArcGIS Field Maps Ideas

I saw this question in a thread for Survey123 (link here), but wanted to make a request for Field Maps or feature layers/GDBs in general.

I have supported many audit projects in the past where field teams go out to a facility and search/collect pre-defined structures from a list (example: Door 1, Door 2, Door 3). I typically would add these structure names as a domain and have the team select from the domain dropdown in the Field Maps form. I would take advantage of the "do not allow duplicates" option in the feature layer settings and run some QC using FME on the backend, but I wish there was a way to remove a structure name from the list after is has been collected (example: if someone shoots in Door 1, it would no longer display in the dropdown when they shoot in the next feature). This would allow the field teams to easily see what structures are remaining to collect and remove the need for me to track on the backend.

Is anyone aware of a solution for this? Would something like tasks work for this?
