In Forms for Field Maps, be able to choose from Code instead of Description for a Coded Domain.

When building a form in Map Viewer or Field Maps Designer that will be used in Field Maps I would like to choose if the Code or the Decription of a field that has a Domain will show for the mobile worker.

I've tried to use Arcade and DomainCode for the field in the form but it looks the field.

Preferably a simple check box in the settings for the field in the form builder.

Another wish I have is that the filtering function in Field Maps would search both in the Code and in the Description Column.

Is there a work around already that someone can share?
