The map is a floor plan, and the form in the popup goes to a related table tied to each space in the floor plan. We would like the plus sign to not show up in the map, because our users aren't adding or editing any spatial data, just filling out a form. If we take away the ability to add data in the feature service, the ability to fill out the form also goes away.
