    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I use Explorer for ArcGIS version 10.2.8 on Android.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My map and my feature servise are hosted in AGOL organisation subscription.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can see the attachment in popup window but I can't view the picture. When I tap the attachment link it loads but is not opened.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
