I have an "InstalledDate" field for all of my utility assets in my file geodatabase and all of the install dates are January 1 of the install year and it appears like 1/1/2019 regardless of the actual day of install. When I publish my Mobile Map Package and access the data on Explorer, the date is rolled back one day showing a new install date of 12/31/2018. I publish the same file geodatabase in ArcReader and it reads 1/1/2019. Is this a problem on my end or is anybody else having this issue?

Thanks for responding Mark!

So 1/1/2019 field probably carries a Zulu time of 12:00 AM and since I'm EST, it's rolling back the time to fit EST making it 12/31/2018 with an EST time of 8:00 PM?
