    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are&amp;nbsp;anonymously published maps no longer functioning/supported?&amp;nbsp; It appears that this latest update does not allow me to download an mmpk that has been published anonymously without signing in anymore.&amp;nbsp; I have a lot of field workers who use this functionality to look at roadway designs without requiring us to give them a named user login.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
