Mobile Map Packages don't load on Android

I have several Mobile Map Packages (150-170mb in size). These work fine on IOS with version 19.1 of Explorer. However the Maps will not open after they are downloaded to any Android device using version 18.1.

The map looks like it downloads and has a green tick beside it, but when the icon is selected nothing happens. Selecting map details and open map simply directs to the main explorer page.

Closing the app and reopening the mobile map packages return to a state where they have to be downloaded.

We have a release coming early this week that may resolve this issue, but I can try to help in the meantime.

Can you describe your organization's environment?
- Portal/ArcGIS Online?
- Are you deploying via a MDM?
- Are you using a VPN connection? Is per-app VPN enabled for Explorer?

**Update**

Explorer for ArcGIS version 20.1 on Android was released on 2nd March 2020 which appears to have fixed the issue.
