The webmap is offline enabled and configured as per instructions from:&nbsp;<A href="https://doc.arcgis.com/en/explorer/windows/help/make-offline-maps.htm" target="_blank" rel="noopener">https://doc.arcgis.com/en/explorer/windows/help/make-offline-maps.htm.&nbsp;</A> Feature classes come from Geodatabase on SQL Server (archiving enabled) and service is sync enabled. Our&nbsp;<SPAN>environment enterprise is at 10.6.1.&nbsp;</SPAN></P><P><SPAN>I am not sure what is causing this error, have used esri basemap.
