    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Have a couple of issues to alert ESRI about.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Just installed the Windows 8.1 Preview to test things out in anticipation of the release - trying to use ArcGIS Explorer Online.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;In IE 11, the site redirects to install Silverlight, which is already installed. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;In Chrome and Firefox, it loads up and works, but everything is pink.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;In Safari, the loading bar fills to 100% but then just idles.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Should I have any concerns about embedding content into a webpage if it isn't ready for Windows 8.1?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
