Hi Pravink,

Unfortunately we have a known issue in Explorer Online loading a map where the feature attributes contain backslashes. We are aware of the problem and will be releasing a fix in the next release, slated for August.

Until then, I've fixed up, and shared your map without the backslashes. See here:
http://explorer.arcgis.com/?open=09c698abb1f145e5bbd12b520cf3f14e

Let me know when you have saved the map to your account, and I will delete it.

Apologies for the inconvenience.

-Nick
