    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have created a new map, and imported one point shapefile and two polygon shapefiles.&amp;nbsp; When I click "Add feature", I only see one of the three layers available to add a feature.&amp;nbsp; All of the layers are checked.&amp;nbsp; I can edit the attributes of all three fine with the pop up.&amp;nbsp; Any ideas why only 1 of the three layers is available?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
