sublayer doesn't have configurable pop-up

I have a map service with three sublayers. Pop-ups can be configured for two of the three sublayers, but not for the other one and I don't understand why. See attached image.

Hi,
This can happen if the sub layer does not support Query (or if it's a raster layer). Please check in the service definition for this sub layer map service to see if it's supported. If it doesn't then this is the reason, if it does then we may have a problem so please post more information about your service

Hi Mike,

here's the URL to the description of the sublayer in question:
http://ugis.esri.com/ArcGIS/rest/services/UnderstandingGIS/MapServer/1

it's a feature layer, not a raster. It looks like query is a supported operation on the layer.

I just tried it and it's working properly for me. Check out the attached image.

Perhaps the service was updated recently?

Thanks - I just tried it again & now it's working fine for me, too. The map service wasn't updated as far as I know, but something positivo happened.
