Keep layers folded after selection and not automatically unfolded, unfold layers manually

For usability it is not convenient to unfold all sublayers direct after selecting a main layer in situations where there are several main layers.
After selecting a main layer, I would like to see that not all sublayers are unfolded. I would prefer to see the folding out of this manually. This ensures more user convenience.

The behavior in the Explorer app in the area of layers would be more convenient in line with the layer widget as in the webappbuilder. In it, the options for selecting all layers and expanding all layers are present, but this does not take place automatically.

So every time when selection the layer all sublayers all unfolded and this results in a lot of scrolling
