ARCGIS Explorer Desktop Symbols

I use ARCMap desktop to create Layers packages. I then provide client with those layers. They use ARCGIS Explorer to view those layers. The symbols for those layers are different than the ones I used on ARCMap Desktop. They show up as letters or numbers etc instead of Esri Symbols. Can you assist?

The EXE kept saying that it couldn't find an ArcExplorer Desktop version on the PC. I was able to go to ARCGIS Explorer Options and install the Expansion Pack for the Fonts. It now works. Thanks Joe.
