    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I'm suffering from the exact same problem.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;1750 used to work fine. Then I tried and failed to install the 2012 beta version.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;After removing the beta, 1750 started crashing when started.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Any ideas?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <title>ArcGIS Explorer 1750 Doesn't start</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I had a computer with arcgis explorer 900 installed. I uninstalled the program and installed arcgis explorer 1750, the installation was successful. When I try to open the program, i see that opening screen for a few seconds and then it disappears as does the process from the task manager. If i try to open the configuration manager, it does open. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;What could be the problem?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Stav&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Have you tried updating the video driver in the computer/laptop?&amp;nbsp; We have found if 1750 crashes immediately on startup or crashes when the map is zoomed or panned, that updating the video driver usually fixes the problem.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
