Sounds like you need to go to the source/owner of the parcel data and find out if an online map service is available or if they would be kind enough to export the data in a shapefile or file geodatabase format for you. Then bring the parcel data into you AGX map and use the query tools to find your assessor parcel number.

I want to import a parcel map for any given parcel by apn if posible, and overlay for export on three different maps. Street/Vicinity, Satellite close up, and Topo of near area. I see how to use the different base maps. How do I obtain the parcel data? More specifically I just want boundary lines in the right place.

Thanks
