This is composed of four 32 bit images and they range from 1 to 6 bands. The service is viewable in ArcMap and can be queried to show individual images. However, when I add this service in ArcGIS Explorer the Map zooms to the location, the MD never appears, and AGX crashes every time. The strange thing is that I can bring single image services into AGX for each one of the four 32 bit images successfully. It seems that when they are combined in a Mosaic Dataset, AGX cannot handle it and fails. Is this something already known with 32 bit mosaic datasets and AGX?
