You would have to create an addin to do it. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If you aren't a programmer you could use the Find tool to place your two locations on the map. Then using the Arrow Note tools draw from one point to the other.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Edan&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi. I am a first-time user of ArcGis Explorer Desktop (or GIS for that matter). I would like to create a line (with arrow) connecting two or more points on the map. I only have the latitude/longitude coordinates for each point data. Can this be done? &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hope to hear from anyone soon.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
