Add Ins diable

Hi All,

Could anybody tell me about the why disable all free add ins of the arcgis explorer?
Does arcgis explorer no longer use?

I would more happy if anyone could give me the right direction for the same.

There seems to be an issue with the ArcGIS online website in regards to accessing ArcGIS Explorer Desktop content at this time. You can still access and use ArcGIS online through the sharing and search functionality built into ArcGIS Explorer Destkop 2500.

Appreciated to see answer from you.

When to fix it this problem? Because i have ArcGIS for server (Standard) in my org. and i have used ArcGIS explorer 2500 as GIS client for the my infrastructure customer who can access all Map/Feature services through Server. But due to disable of the Add Ins, we cannot extent our services for our Infrastructure users.

The ArcGIS online site was updated with a fix last night. ArcGIS Explorer desktop content on ArcGIS online is now accessible through the website.

The open button is enabled.
