Is there a way to make a note pop-up read-only? I have a number of notes which I created and formatted in html to show mutliple photo thumbnails (2 or 3 photos in each note popup) of buildings on our campus. The html contains some javascript that clicking on the thumbnail opens up a high-res version of the photo.

Using the ACM, I'm trying to lock this "app" down to a read-only; open and pan around to your building, then click the note symbol of your choice, view the photo. I've been able to strip away most editing and analysis tools but the note pop up still allows editing.

Is it time to install VS Express and the SDK and learn C#?

Thanks,
Glenn Walters
Kennedy Space Center
