    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I notice my new ArcGIS Explorer Desktop apparently will only open .nmf map files - not the .sid extensions I need.&amp;nbsp; I assume I need an 'application configuration' - but I don't have access to such.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Is there a work-around that will help me view these .sid files?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;No you don't need to use an application configuration.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Just start ArcGIS Explorer then go to &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Add Content&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; menu and select &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Raster Data&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;. Navigate to your Mr Sid file and add it&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Mike Rudden&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;ESRI&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
